I have two Angels (See my sig) What size approximately should I expect these to get to?

It states 5 to 8 inches on the fish index, but how is this measured?

proper measurement is not including the fins, though Angels are often measured by height, tip to tip. The max size will depend on what kind of species you have but that range is about right.
