Blue Ram temp question

my ram is really getten fin nipped, so I need to move it! The only tank that I can put it in is only 74 degrees F. Would that be okay for it? I will be putting in a new heater when my brother wakes up though from the tank in his room because it is a betta in the tank s that will hopefully raise it to 78.
