I am pretty sure it is dying. :( The other fish started attacking it. I had it for about 3 months and bought another RAm with it that is perfectly healthy. Here are water stats, currently minus Nitrate because I can't find the card to compare it to.

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - ??? (last time I checked it was 20 but that was over a week ago)
Tank Size - 20gal
PH - 6.8

Sounds like a swim bladder issue, which is usually a water quality issue or it has been attacked by another fish and hurt its swimbladder. It is unlikely to recover and most likely kinder to euthanise but its your choice.

How often do you change the water in the tank, it really needs to be a minimum of once a week, better 2x with rams as they are sensitive to water quality and not an easy fish to look after.

what is the temp of the tank?
were they tank bred or wild caught?

I change the water once weekly. I might try two times, thanks. :)

I think the tank is about 80 degrees, the thermometer in it currently is a bit off and says it is higher than that, but the heater and another thermometer both read lower.
I wouldn't know if they were bred or not, sorry.
