I've had my pair of Blue Rams for 2/3 weeks, and for the last week the male has been chasing the female constantly. She's hiding all the time now (plenty of hiding places for her) and never comes out to eat. Should I be worried, or is this normal Ram behaviour? The male isn't aggressive to any of my other fish.

If it continues should I replace one of them? If so, which? The male is a beauty, so I'd rather replace the female, but then its not her doing the chasing!

Are you sure she is FM? Could she possibly be a juvenile male? I ask bc I got a pair of gold rams, and turned out one was just a young male. They fought, the lfs didn't get any more in so that I could get FM so they were returned.
If she absolutely is a FM, then the next question I'd ask is what size tank are they in, and what are the other fish in with them?

Pretty sure - the guy in the LFS seems to know his stuff and sexed them for me. 96L, 2 weather loaches, 5 tetras, 4 guppies, 3 cories.

get anouther femail it will give the fm's a brake as the male wont keep chasing the same 1 so they willbe much happier

I agree with my fat fish... it should help lesson the stress on her, since the tank size and companions seem to be fine. I know whenever they are stressed they'll basically turn on each other, chasing and what-not. Usually the male chasing the female.
You could also try feeding them frozen bloodworms or brineshrimp for a few days. That tends to get mine in the mood, so the fm is more accepting of the male's attention.
Good luck!
