I'm setting up a new 10g tank right now and I would relay like to put some blue pearl shrimp in it.

The PH is fine and the tank will be properly cycled in a few days. I have 6 “Suicide” feeder gold fish in it too cycle the tank properly. They will be in there for a bout a month till I get back to my apartment at college and can feed them to my roommates piranha.(I don't know what else to do with them) I would like to start up some shrimp in their before the end of the month so they have some time to grow before the move and It’s going to be really difficult to have them delivered to my campus after that. The only problem I’m seeing is that the gold fish might bother the baby shrimp. The fish are only an inch and a half long and are too small to fit the shrimp in their mouth (I’m 99% confident). I’ve just never heard of someone putting baby shrimp in with comet gold fish. They will be fine with the Glow-Danios and neon tetra that will be in there after the gold fish are gone. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. The only other thing I could think of is to buy a fish bowl and put a heater in it so the shrimp could get big enough to put in the tank.
P.S: How fast do these shrimp grow? I’ve read just about 5 or 6 articles on them and all they say is “They grow fast” . Well fast relative to what?
