The tank is 30L x 18D x 24H and I was thinking about putting some Blue or Gold rams in this tank with an assorted amount of neon or cardinal tetras and maybe some corys. What would be a good stocking number for each of these the rams, the tetras, and the corys? Thanks all.

Well, it's just under 3 feet long. I think two pairs of rams should be okay. I would go like this:
4 Rams (2 male, 2 female)
8-10 Corydora
15 tetras

Thats about the max you really should do. It would be a nice full tank, and cleaning wouldn't be extreme.

Very nice thank you for your help. any suggestions for what kind of cory?

depends on your budget and preference really,

bronze (C.aeneus), albino and peppered (C.Paleatus) are probably the most widely available
IMO C.Schwartzi, C.Sterbai are quite nice but tank bred fish can be a bit more expensive especially if your purchasing a larger number.

Personally i think 20 or so pygmy Corys (C.Pygmaeus or C.Hastatus) would be a cool alternative to the larger species.
