Blue Guaramis

Hi I have 1 blue guaramis and recentently changed tank to a long thin tank but problem is , it suddenly gets scared and bashes into things ,there are hiding places in the tank but in a panic forgets where they are. I have it for a couple of years and only now a problem. This time where it has lost some scales it has come back in dark patches? Not sure what kind of treatment it needs to help? Do you think it would be kinder to take to local lfs as not sure it is really happy now in this shape tank . it is a 180litre tank so not small

Normally once a week , good clean but even the rest of time she gets scared ,her marks on side from last bash are on the mend , dont want to get rid of her as she was first fish I got but thinking what is best for her she has hiding places so that not issue
