I was wondering how old Blue gourami's have to be to breed..
I have had a female for about 8 months now and she's huge, looks like she is full of eggs...I went about 2 weeks ago to get a male and he is young and tiny, about 2 inches in length, if that...
So how big should he be before I can start looking into breeding?
Or should I ask how old?

The Three-spot Gourami fish get up to 6 inches (15 cm). They will breed at 3 inches (7.5 cm).

That info is from this site: Blue Gourami It doesn't give any further info on breeding though.
