Heya, new to the forums.

Just got into this hobby.

Currently have a 60g freshwater tank. in it as of now are as follows: 4 giant danios, 2 pink danios (dunno name), 2 buenos aires, 2 albino buenos aires, 2 bala sharks, 2 rainbow sharks & 2 clearance fishes (dunno name, theyre small & yellow).

was looking into getting a Blue Crayfish, since i have white pool filter sand instead of gravel, I think a blue crayfish would look neat down there, plus he can use the sponge bob squid guys tiki for a home.

My question is, if i get the crayfish, will i lose all fishes? i know all the species i have their now are speedsters but im worried about the rainbow sharks.. since they like to stay on bottom alot picking through sand etc.

anyone here have a crayfish inside their community tank? if so how it going any advice you can give?

thanks in advance.

If you like your fish dont and crayfish..He wont play nice.

I wouldnt go down that road as it will try to eat your fish if they are not quick enough. Your bottom dwellers are the most at risk!

ive gotten alot of mixed reviews from rl ppl & online, some stating banding claws & some stating getting a young one, maybe 1 1/2 - 2 inches to get used to community.. as long as i have it fed with zuc (veg) & algae tablets when im away @ work/sleeping etc ill be fine... that & keep tank shut to avoid escapes lol.

no one here has one? doesnt have to be a blue one... same as regular red/marble etc.
