Blue Crayfish

got a blue crayfish today i felt sorry for him, he was being picked on by larger fish. The guy in the shop said they feed on bloodworm but these seem to get eaten by the other fish aswell. Is there any other food i could give him or her?

not a prob mate..got one here ourselves
