Heres a quick one for you.

Do Blue Cheek Gobys eat peppermint shrimp?

I have been sitting watching what i thought was the cleaner shrimp cleaning our Blue Cheek Goby, when the next thing half a shrimp came flying out of rocks, obviously dead !!!

No, they do not.

The shrimp coming flying out of the rocks is actually reminiscent of the predatory action of a large pistol shrimp, but it seems more likely that the shrimp was bugging the goby, who responded aggressively.

Are you sure it is the whole shrimp and not just the skin from a shed?

Yup definitely a full or half shrimp, got both bits out of the tank. Strangely enough though, the shrimp had literally shedded its skin earlier.
