Blue Acura?

hi there need some help .. new to this so bear with me..5 month ago i bought two blue acura..put them in my tank they were babys,,so they hid as got big oscors in tank and parrots...i recently bought new tank and i work in a aquarium and one day i bought two more blue acura for that tank.. i decided to find the little fish that hide well in my 8ft tank..and when i did .. i wonderd are they the same...as the have same markings..but the first two are darker have the stripes like other two but they have...yellow on there hop fin and gold coulerd eyes not like other ones... they are not jack dempseys as i also have them o...can any one help

Green Terrors maybe? They look ALOT like Blue Acaras, more so when they're young. If they have orange on the tail fin as well as their dorsal fin then they're probably GTs. Blue Acaras only have orange on their dorsal fin.

Make sure you find out, they may look alike but they have TOTALLY different tempermants.

As they grow you will notice the difference, as stated above the Acara only has the yellowish tinge to the dorsal fin only, the GT has a nice thick edge around the tailfin too. You will also notice that GT's grow a lot faster than Blue Acaras.
