Bloychy Serpea Tetra

Hi all,
Just noticed one of my Serpeas has started developing dark blotches and is gasping for air, its eyes also look quite large. Is it internal bacteria? I had a couple of Serpeas and a Platy die a couple of months ago from similair symptoms. I have the neccessary meds but was looking for a second opinion.

Sounds like pop eye with the bulging eyes, where are the dark blotches on the fish, can you post waters stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph, what size tank how many fish and which type, and how often to you maintain the tank, turn temp down a bacteria thrives in warm water.

Water stats are all fine(checked them earlier). Blotches are appearing all over it. When the last ones showed these symptoms their scales started to stick out, they turned very dark the Platy sort of shrivelled up.Tank is 101ltrs. 2 Sucking Loaches, 2 Serpeas, 2 Platys, 4 Neons and 1 Siamese Fighting Fish. I do a 10/15%water change every 6 days with a 20/25% change every 24 days approx. Have noticed my filter seems to be labouring a bit lately, could this be the problem, although as I say the water stats are fine. Nothing new has been added to the tank.
