Blown Up Platy

One of my Platy looks like its about to completely blow up, keeps getting bigger. Whats going on

Water stats are fine. The scales almost look like they have gone, he was a red coral platy and not is almost white. Its really huge almost 5 times as big

Think im going to put him out of his misery
