Bloody lip?

One of my blackskirt tetras has an inflamed, very red nodule with some white nastiness on his bottom lip. It looks like he mightve gotten chewed up there by the three others in the tank, but when they fight they usually go after fins, right? So is this some sort of disease?

I tried to get some pictures but the quality is so bad it just looks like a red blur in his mouth area.

Right the whiteness on the lip does it look like fluffy fungus as when a fish has dead tissue fungus can grow on it, can you issolate the sick fish, as you now have a second infection and you are going to need to medicate with anti internal bacteria med.
