Blood Worms

Are freeze dried blood worms hard or soft? and can i feed them to my fish every day, because it says only 3 times a week?

they are hard when you just took them out of the freezer. let the ice melt and they become soft. i feed my fishes every alternate day. i dont think feeding everyday will cause any harm, but having some variety of food would be nice.

Regularly feeding bloodworm can lead to constipation, they are very high in protein.
What fish are you feeding?
Edit; Freeze dried bloodworm, at least my own, are what i'd consider soft.

The bloodworms are for my african butterfly fish because it doesnt eat flakes. So how often should i feed it?
