Iv had these frozen blood worms for well over a year now in a white plastic container in my freezer. They arnt red anymore, and are instead brown, but they dont smell bad or anything, not any differant than they did when i bought them. I fed them to my guppies recently, and they didn't seem to mind, or become ill. Should i just throw them out and buy some new stuff, or are they still good.

to be on the safe side, i would chuck them away, dont want to risk your fishes lives.
new frozen bloodworms are only cheap and i wouldnt use the old ones.

They are probably slightly freezerburned at this point. There is nothing nutritionally wrong them at all, but they probably don't taste exactly the same. Bloodworm is cheap, but using them will not in any way make your fish sick or vitamin deficient. It is your choice.
