Blood Tetra

We have 5 blood tetras in our community tank and one of them is blind in one eye. We noticed tonight that it has a swollen abdomen, he/she has eaten and seems lively enough. What are the chances that it has dropsy?

If the scales are out like a pincone, that is dropsy. Chances are at this moment that the fish may just be constipated and still can be saved. If the scales are not pineconing.

Try feeding some de-shelled peas. And this should help.
