Blood Parrot Territory

I have recently purchased 2 blood parrot fish that are quite feisty. They are alone in a 45 gallon tank, and they are both about 3-4 inches. I put 2 ornaments in the tank so they can hide and form their nests in the rocks, but they both seem to have claimed the same ornament. I tried moving the unclaimed one into a more desirable spot and getting rid of the nest that they both built under the claimed one, but they continue to fight over the other one. So finally I gave in and purchased an identical ornament, made sure that both were in desirable spots, and evened out the nest they built. I am sitting here watching them continue to fight over the original one!!

Any suggestions?!
