Blood Parrot Picture

Hey this is my Parrot, it is around 5-6 inches now. I am wondering if these fish get any bigger?? I have had him for around a year and a half and he is in a 55 gallon tank.

I've seen 8'' blood parrots.. so it could/should get larger.

Its almost full sized, usually the less short bodied ones get a bit bigger.
