I have 3 blood red parrots, 5 clown loaches, pair of firemouths, 2 bristlenose catfish, 9 different types of corys, 1 male 2 female yellow labs, 2 Lamprologus brevis shell dwellers and 2 Lamprologus multifasciatus shell dwellers in 150 gallon tank. The only fish the parrots bother is one of the brevis shell dwellers. I finally put a piece of the african drift wood over it's shell with several openings that it could get out but they couldn't get in. It now bites them if they get to close to the holes in the wood. I would say it depends on how big your tank is and how big the fish are in relation to the other fish. Personally, I would be more concerned with the oscars and dempseys being agressive with the parrot fish. But I'm no expert! I also have 1 male and 6 female guppies that live happily in this tank. Although I can't say the same for their fry although a few seem to survive each new group of fry.
