Blood In Fish Eyeballs

I was just wondering if it is normal to see blood in fishs' eyes? I have Gourami's and Angelfish and all of them except my mollies have blood in their eyes. I don't think it is pop eye since they are not bulging out or anything but am worried that it is some kind of disease. Please help my paranoia. Thanks.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Pools of blood in the eyes is septicemia, hard to cure once it advances.
