Bloated

My angelfish is fat. Very strangely fat. He's bloated at the front part of this body. It looks like there is poo coming from his nether regions but nothing has come out in a day or two.

Is he constipated? How can I help him? Could it be something else? Thanks!

What colour is the poo.
Epson salt bath and some shelled peas.
Can the fish maintain its balance in the water, also makes sure no scales are sticking out.
What do you feed the fish normally.
Is it a male or female.

It's brown, but is just barely coming out.
No scales sticking out, he seems to be swimming okay. It's not dropsy.
I feed him flakes, granulates, and pellets.
Can't tell the gender.

I'm pretty sure he's just constipated. Salt and peas is okay?

To many dried foods in his diet, needs frozen foods and veg. get you a link to an epson salt bath.
If no epson salt normal household salt.
