Bloated honey dwarf gourami

I am really hoping someone can help my poor bloated fish. This fish was fine yesterday, has been in the same tank for 2 months, with the same tank mates, Barbs, tetras, other gouramis. Very bloated. Rolling to the side or hanging straight up and down, arched back, is still able to move around but seems to have difficulty doing so. I am attempting to upload a video I took
