Bloated Daino

Last week I lost a Neon and a Black-Finned Cory in my 55gal.. Now my Long-finned Danio is really bloated I noticed it late Saturday night and i looked it up on the web and i can't figure out whats wrong with her. Her scales are not sticking up so i don't think it's dropsy and she is swimming and eating normally. She was one of my very first fish(Before i knew anything). She's been through 1 cycle in the 55gal and a mini-cycle. Also she is about 2 years old.

water stats are:
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
ph-7.2
nitrate-35ppm

so any ideas on whats wrong with her and how to treat it?

Issolate her she dosn't look right.
All you can do is an epson salt bath i'm afraid.
Looks like she has bacterial finrot on top as well.
