Bloated Betta

I've noticed my betta laying around a lot more then normal now I just looked and she was bloated to the point where her scales are sticking out a little bit I cant elaborate on water stats as of right now but any suggestions before she dies?

Once scales stick out back news organ failure.
The only thing to do is an espon salt bath and sad to say it sounds to late, as the salt helps draw the fluids out.
