Tank inhabitants: 1 Dwarf gourami, 7 Guppies, 6 Neons and 3 Corys

My guppies have big bellys. All of them have this but they are droopy in the abdomen area it is not square like a pregnant one but it is circular. I also noticed some white poop.
I was thinking is this internal parasites? And if so would this do the trick?
