Blind Gsp?

hi, I have a gsp and he got a fungus. The fungus was on his stomach, and his eye. I treated the tank carefully as i know puffers are very sensitive and it seemed to go away. But now he doesn't eat in front of me and he keeps running in to things(glass rocks plants) except the other fish. i know he eats because he is the only other fish in the tank other than the feeder guppies i put in there to try and see if he would eat them in front of me and all the bloodworms i put in there are gone when i come back to check on him. He has recently stopped swimming around as much even less than when he had the fungus. When he does because he bumps into things he looks like he is blind. Could the fungus have caused this and any suggestions of how to care for a fish like this?

What med are you using for columnaris, plus is the eye fluffy or cloudy looking.

i was using salt because that is what a local breeder told me was the best. He doesn't have the fungus anymore , but when he did have it his eye was foggy. Sorry i thought i made it clear he didn't have it anymore. Thank you for your reply and any help you can give me.
