hi all ive got a blennie which was doing fine till about a week ago ive had him/her since january it is on the bottom and it sort of crawls along the bottom its tail is by its head in a doughnut shape until it wants to move which it can but not very far it hd a hiding place which it loved but now it seems like it cant get up there all paramaters are good its a 500l tank and kept the same fish now for 1yr and a half all others are fine please help

It sounds very strange indeed, can you show us with a photo?

Have you changed anything in the tank recently, had a rock fall? You say everything else is fine, what do you keep in that lovely sized tank, would love to know and see some pics

That does sound very odd! As seff said has anything happened that could of injured him? My mind seems drawn to internal parasite though as they can make fish go do-laly, have you added anything new? Coral, new rock etc?

I dont think I have ever seen a fish do that, it is very strange, it must be injured somehow

ps can i be cheeky and ask for a fts, as assume that is only half the tank in the photo?
 
hi steffie that is most of the tank i have seperated the blennie in my q tank and treated for internal parrasite seems to be working hes still on bottom but swimming a bit more
