Blackmoor Problems

Hi,

I have a black moor with a red spot on one of his eyes, it's about 1mm in dia, he doesn't appear distressed.

I noticed a couple of other blackmoors with cloudy eyes and one with white patches on his tail fins, a couple of weeks ago and have been treating with pimafix presuming it was fungus, but I'm unsure as it hasn't cleared up although it doesn't appear to have gotten any worse.

Any advice would be gratefully recieved.
