Black Neon Tetra Disease/parasite?!?!

Hello,
I own 5 black neon tetras and they all have a egg like thing within there back, They had it when i bought them a few days ago. They are all in different places and one of the fish has 2. its actually within there back but because theyre see through , you can see it. What could it be?

Thanks for the help i took it back and got a refund and treatment for my betta fish.. also they gave a £30 gift card as a good will gesture.
Just hope my baby betta is gunna be okay. It was bacterial not lice

Next time do the standard health checks before buying fish to avoid problems (check all fish in the tank you are buying from, + adjacent tanks on either side and all other tanks on the same filtration system.. if you see a single unwell fish, come back another day)

Yer,They also gave me free anti-internal bacteria for my betta+tank.
I just hope them tetras get better
