Black Molly With Lump...please Help.

I have had my molly for two weeks and she has seemed fine. She has had a healthy appetite and swims all around the tank and is always very active. Within the last 24 hours she has gotten a lump (see picture) and has basically stayed in one place in the tank and has her top fin down and it seems like she only move to keep afloat. I'm sorry the picture isn't clearer, but it shows the lump. If you can offer any advice or information it would be greatly appreciated. We have grown to love her very much and don't want her to die...

Colour of lump, is it hard or soft filled with liquid, does it look like a cauliflower.

The lump is mainly black like her, but it has white around the scales as if it it were stretched. No, it doesn't look like a cauliflower at the moment. There are times when she seems to be gulping for air, but only once in awhile. I can't tell if it's hard or soft...

For now I would treat it as bacterial.
Can you issolate the fish for treatment.
What are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
