Black Mollies

I have four mollies in my tank two silver females and two black males, the females are very active but i was wondering why the males tend to hide away at the top of the tank, they are all healthy and eating, one of the females is i think pregnant, but its bugging me as to why the guys seem so timid, any ideas?

Have you tested your water? If so, what are your water stats(ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH)? Have the males been bullied? I find that some of my females are more aggressive...
