I made the mistake of buying 2 black mollies from a big name pet store instead of my usual local fish store. Pretty soon after I moved them into my 20 gallon planted tank they both got big bellies and I assumed they had an infection or parasite from the pet store and that they'd die. Well it's been like 2 months and they're still acting completely normal in terms of activity and eating. Their poop can vary but it's never slimy and clear thin strings its always solid and either brown or whiteish depending on if I've done a water change. I haven't noticed any obvious parasites like Camallanus worms coming out of them so I'm really not sure if anything is wrong or if they're just pregnant. Sorry the water is so blurry in the picture, I just did a partial water change and stirred up the substrate.
