Hmmm is it nomal for the black ghost to lie on the gravel?

No. What size tank is it in? What are you water stats for ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte and ph? Water temperature? Other fish and how many?

It may be exrtremely stressed due to the tiny tank it is in. You have already been advised to re-home it so I also would say take it straight back to the fish store.

It also seems like your tank isnt cycled. It is very very very difficult to get a black ghost through a fish in cycle, they are extremely sensitive fish and are hard enough to look after in an established tank let alone a tank that is still cycling.
