He was out searching the top for food...in the middle of the afternoon,shortly before the pics were posted (for all those who are saying BGK would never be out in the day

I've owned him about 1 1/2 yrs,I would say he's close to two yrs,maybe a little older...approx 11 inches.
The juvies around here are sold at around 4 inches,I'd say you have a good 2 yrs in a 55 g...
