to anyone..........help! i have had my bgk 4 2 months now and at first he seemed fine but now he is just floating, and very skinny not good. Can anyone help me?

ive had by bgk for nearly a year with no problems so theres a few things i ask

what are you feeding him?
what water conditions - ph level? ammonia level? etc
does he have a hidey hole in tank as they are mostly nocturnal and during day like to hide in a cave or such like
what size tank dop u have?
what tank mates does he have?
