Black Ghost Knife and ICH Medication

Hi, i just want to know about ICH medication and the effects it will have on my Black Ghost Knifefish. I have 6 tiger barbs all showing signs of ICH (white spots) on their tail fin and body. I was just wandering if my BGK is scaless and will it be effected by the medication i use to treat my infected fish. The bottle says to reduce the rate of this medication on scaless, baby and tetra species but i just use the normal rate. Thankyou for your response.

I would follow the directions and use it at the reduced rate, since your BGK is scaleless. Hope it all works out for you!
