Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Top fin clamped, white stringy stuff on eyes

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 25 weekly

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: bio bag, sponge. Took out carbon for melafix treatment. added melafix and stress coat

Tank inhabitants: tiger barb, scissortails, black fin shark

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): none

Exposure to chemicals: none

Digital photo (include if possible):

Black fin shark has a clamped top fin and eyes have a white thing sticking off the eye ball. Shouldnt have anything to do with brackish problems yet fish is only a few months old 3 inches approx. Been adding melafix to treat my 5 year old scissortail with old tattered fins and cloudy eyes. Scissortail is improving but shark is getting worse. Does the melafix harm the shark. I have no hospital tank to do the melafix for the scissortail so it has to happen in main tank.

Edit: I added regulator and got a water test at lfs and it tested fine (2 days ago it was tested, regulator was added a week ago)

What do you mean when you say something is sticking out of the eye.
Does it look like a parasite.
Been through this in another thread that your tank overstocked, but you said you had a 75 gallons tank.

Looks like cottonmouth but on the actual eye ball instead of the lip.
Also fish still eating, and keeps "kissing" the heater dunno what thats about
My tank cant be overstocked, I have 4 fish if you do inch to gallon rule I'm at 7 inches

Ok the stocking fine for now but the shark will need a bigger tank later.
I would try some pimafix for the cotton stuff on the eye.
