Black Blotches

My clown loaches have started getting black blotches on their fins, and they also have like a black line going through their stomach and looking a bit fat. Ive only had hem 4 weeks is this a disease

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Black patches can be ammonia burns that are healing.
What do you feed the fish.
Are scales sticking out.

180l tank been running out 2 months. dont know the water stats. It only has 2 clowns in. I feed them flakes, frozen and cucumber

You will eventually need a much bigger tank for the clown loaches as they grown bigger.
90 gallons.
Also clown loaches shouldn't be kept in less than a group of 3.

Get your water tested.
Take a sample of your water to the lfs, and ask them to write the readings down for you.
I would also strongly suggest investing in some liquid test kits.

Water changes.
Try some shelled peas.
