Bizzare Krib behaviour

We have a small male krib.
Today he has been doung something new and I would like to know if it's normal.

I first saw him doing it around his woman, but now he's doing it to any fish that comes near.

He's approaching other fish, the lying on his side and presenting his dorsal fin to the other fish. When he did it to the female, she poked him untill he went upright, but then he layed down again. If she moves away, he follows her swimming normall, then lays down again when he finds her.

Now he's doing this to other fish in the tank (who ignore him)

Have I got a krib with OCD? or is this normal?

Is he shaking or vibratring while doing this? If so, he could just be, ummmmm, shall we say frisky?! My female did this to my male for about a week before he returned the gesture. First she'd point herself upwards at an angle in front of the male and spread all her fins to the max, and then she would vibrate. A few days later they spawned in a flower pot.

Nope, not shaking at all. My female does this all the time to the male, but the male presents his dorsal to everybody, even Sherman, our camaroon armoured shrimp!

Maybe he's having no luck with the female krib so is testing out his options with other species?!
