i used to have one of them it used to do that quite often.
 
In the wild, food is hard to come by. Fishes never know when their next meal would come hence they stuff themselves whenever possible, its a survival instinct.

yeah i'd agree. and i dont think its gonna stop there

should be OK for a bit - not much else in the tank that is small enough to be at risk

Having said that I am going to try and sell it

It's a shame it's a lovely fish with great character
