how long does it take for a guppy to give birth?

Or from when they actually start having fry?

From when they first get pregnant, to having the fry, is usually about 4 weeks. Sometimes shorter or longer, depending on the age and size of the female, and the amount of babies.

From when they actually start having the fry, until when they are done, can range a lot, depending on the fish. Mine are usually done in a day or so, but some can stretch it out over almost a week.
