Bird or bloke - 7 week old betta

I have 3 beautiful 7 week old betta babies. I have jarred 2, who I think, based on some fairly feisty nosing and stalking and gill-flaring, are male.
This one has been a lot more placid, but, after a hearty meal of prawn today, I noticed it making a bit of a nuisance of itself, nosing up to its 5 week old 'siblings' (they share the same 34l Fluval tank), flaring its gills, and occasionally giving a little chase here and there.
Does anyone want to commit to a gender for me? If it's male, I'll jar him, and if it's female, I'll move her into my community tank where I have a lonely female.

...and photos

Female betta fish are generally a lot less flashy and extravagant than males. If you have a male, you should be able to differentiate them if this one winds up being female.
Personally I would say female.

Do females flare their gills? There has definitely been a little flaring. In fact, my "males" might in fact be females if females flare. Hmmm. This is difficult.

Here are the "males" that I've jarred who might not be male...

I have a female betta and she definitely will definitely flare her gills at me sometimes.

Right. I think I might have jarred females...Sgooosh, that article describes perfectly what they have been doing; flaring but without much purpose. Maybe I should de-jar them!

ehh, maybe put them in a big tank because of sorority :)

gosh... now i want to breed bettas
They are so much fun but they have taken over the last 7 weeks of my life! One of the best times was when they were just eye-stalks and a tail, and they realised that they were in a tank with others of their kind. They would swim right up to each other and just watch :)
