biotope

has anyone tried one of these?

im very interested in creating a natural environment for my fish but cant find much information or pictures of tanks of anyone who has done this.. at the minute i am thinking of trying an amazon biotope but am unsure about the current and dark water.

if anyone knows anything about these or where i can get pics/ info it would be very much appreciated.

u gotta join to see the member pics, but their tanks are AMAZING!

and if u google search 'takashi amano,' he's this japanese aquascaping expert; his tanks always look 100% natural

yea, that book is good. i found it in my library and my 55g is based off of it (although i didnt follow those instructions to the letter - that woulda been boring!)
