unfrotunately the filtration on the bi-orb's is reknowned for being .... well.... rubbish to say the least.
to counter this you have to be very very careful with your stocking and not add too many fish, as Vic's said you have way to many fish for that size of tank, even with good filtration. for a bi-orb your very badly stocked and this is probably the biggest cause of your problems.
to give you an idea of what your current stocking is and what it should be here's a few details.
as vic said you need to aim for 1" of fish (worked out on theyre adult size) for every 1us gallon.
2 Cherry Barbs, 6"
2 Dwarf Gourami's, 6"
2 Long Finned Leopard Dannios, 3"
2 Golden Zebra Dannios, 3"
2 Silver Tipped Tetras 3"
2 Blue Tetras - not sure if you mean neons?... if your lucky and they're small then 2"
so that's 23" of fish.... you need to aim for 8.
in additon to this, the tetra's and danio's need to be kept in groups of 6+ of they're own species. danio's like a lot of swimming room so need a 25g tank minimum, dwarf gourami's can be agressive and don't do well kept in pairs, should be 1 on it's own or 1 male and 2 females. cherry barbs also do better in a group of 3 and also like a lot of swimming space.
in that size bi-orb i think you only have 3 real options for stocking
1 - a shoal of 6 1" fish something like small tetra's or rasbora's
2 - 2 shoals of very small fish like endlers or microrasbora
3 - a single specimin like a dwarf puffer or siamese fighter fish.
I'm afraid even with better filtration your bound to have massive problems keeping these fish in this tank.
Bi-Orb's are also nigh on impossible to fit extra filtration to due to the shape of the tank, internal filters won't stick to the sides as they're designed to fit on a flat sided tank, externals won't as there isn't room in the lid to fit the pipes through.
sorry to give you such bad news
