Hello..
I have some Bio Spira coming to my home hopefully tomorrow.
I was told that I need to add my fish in my newly setup tank first..((of course after water treatment))..And then add the Bio Spira..The wonder that cycles your tank for you!
Is this the correct order?

Ty in advance,

~Laura~

Yes,you would need to have some sort of waste for the bio spira to feed off of,otherwise it would starve and die and be a waste of money. I've never tried it but I hear it's fantastic stuff. Be certain of what fish you want before adding it. Don't rush out and get something you'll be sorry you have.

What size is your tank? Do you have a gameplan?

Thanks for your reply..
How long should I have my fish in my tank((a 15 gallon Eclipse..glass tank))..??Before adding the Bio Spira.
You see,I have a small Eclipse system 3 already & am going to upgrade to my glass tank as soon as the parts come in that I ordered for it.

I have in this tank:
4 guppies((including 3 preg-O females))

3 Neon Tetras

1 very young Clowmn Loach((I know..they get large))

My plan is to set up my 15 gallon for at least 24 hours with fish in it..and then adding the bio-spira.

Good Idea..??

Ty,

I'd scratch the clown loach only because they tend to get weird and sickly when they're not in groups, and also this way you won't have to rush and set up yet another tank for him. Other than that, yes, that all sounds right. Good luck and keep us posted!

Good luck. Bio Spira did not work for me-maybe I got a bad batch or something.
