Bio-spira

If i'm using bio-spira when will i know when my tank is cycled when 0 ammonia-nitrites and i see nitrates???
Will it work even though i add ammonia my ammonia was at 2 when i added the bio-spira and it still is at 2

It should be overnight or two days at most under normal circumstances. Did you follow the directions with the Biospira?

You have to be very careful in buying Bio Spira and make sure it is from someone that has handled it properly. If it has not been constantly refrigerated, it is useless. This is supposed to be a good place to get it online but I have personally never used it or ordered it.
