Does anyone have a Bio orb? I have been looking at the 30 litre one. I just want to put one in a corner, and keep 2or3 goldfish in it......Yes I am one of the people who hate goldfish bowl's....but the Bio Orb's have plenty of room...and of course I would be adding plants etc: for the fish.....

Well, 30 litres is not enough for 3 Goldfish, as people here will tell you, you need 20 gallons for 1, and a further 10gallons per additional Fish.

I've never kept Goldfish in Tanks, so wouldn't really know. I just thought I'd warn you as a lot of people will hate the thought of your initial suggestion.

Yes same as the above reply the filter won't be up to the job in the bio orb, and the goldfish will get big and won't be able to move in the tank.

Biorbs are just expensive rubbish IMO. The only thing they are suitable for is a betta. Spend the money on the biggest tank you can get, if space is an issue try a hex or something. I don't think you can [ut plants in a biorb, you have to keep the substrate they put in there. There is a review in the beginners section of the biorb, and take a look in the coldwater section of you are interested in goldfish.
