Big Fish Getting All The Food!

Hey, Hoping you guys can help with this, I have a female sorority of 8 females (Have 10 females but 2 are in QT) in an 80L tank and in the tank theres like 4 big girls and 4 quite small fish which are only 3 months old, the bigger ones are 6 months old and at feeding time the little fish dont get much food as the big fish just eat it all! What can i do?
(Today i fed pea and i could see the 4 smallest girls weren't getting much food so i jugged them out and fed them 4 in a jug so they all got a bit to eat.)

try and spread out the food all over the tank thans what i do and the donnant one normaly gose of and eats some and the other 3 all feed together away from her.

i have that prob with my sorority so i feed in all 4 corners so the greedy guts cant be in all 4 places at the same time!!
